This fee for our basic services and overhead will be added to the total cost of the funeral arrangements you select. those we can provide to our customers. You may choose only the items you desire. Any
funeral arrangements you select will include a charge for our basic services and overhead.
If legal or other requirements mean you must buy any items you did not
specifically ask for, we will explain the reason in writing on the statement we provide
describing the funeral goods and services you selected. Payment for services, merchandise, and cash advance items may be made by cash, check, money order, funeral insurance, preneed funds, life insurance assignment, or major credit card. We ask that, unless other arrangements are made, payments be received within thirty (30) days. ** MiIeage is charged at $2.00 per mile one-way in excess of first 30 mile transportation services. |
